Situated within a former 42-acre idle retail park in Coonagh, Limerick, TBB Fitness represents a landmark 28,000-square-foot commercial transformation, elevating an abandoned site into an international-standard fitness and wellness destination. Commenced in September 2023 and completed in January 2025, the fitness and health desitination was designed around a vision of radical inclusivity and multi-sensory impact. A sharp, warm-toned monochromatic palette anchored by striking copper accents creates an empowering first impression at reception, while large-format, richly textured tiles seamlessly connect the entrance to a welcoming wellness café.

Beyond the main training floors, the changing quarters offer an exclusive, spa-like sanctuary designed to gently transition energy from intense workouts to quiet restoration. High-slip, energetic tile patterns lead to custom changing bays, private saunas, and state-of-the-art recovery suites equipped with ice baths and infrared therapy. Supported by biophilic greenery, antibacterial surfaces, and calibrated lighting that encourages members to linger rather than rush, TBB Fitness delivers a deeply tactile, sustainable environment built for health, wellbeing, and community.
Serpentine Interiors supported the construction team and craftsmen on this project; from design to implementation, project management and procurement; to ensure every detail was intentionally captured.

This was Serpentines first large scale commercial project after working mainly on residential spaces, but you would have never have known.
