Fenway Lane
Designed for a growing family in transition, Fenway Lane is a full-home redesign tailored to meet the evolving lifestyle needs of teenagers with active hobbies while celebrating the property’s inherent character. Guided by a design narrative inspired by early autumn mornings and natural transitions, we established a cohesive, sensory-led flow from the moment you step into the hallway. The open-plan layout was completely reconfigured to work hard for daily routines and effortless entertaining, running a seamless wide-plank tile from the entrance to the garden. At its heart, the custom kitchen features a furniture-style island that injects modest opulence, paired with charcoal-veined countertops, gunmetal hardware, and an intensely practical bootroom-style utility thoughtfully engineered with custom storage down to exact homes for hurley sticks and sports gear.

Throughout the residence, every space balances functional precision with curated drama and tactile warmth. In the front living room, a rich palette of dusky blush walls, chocolate-drenched joinery, and a bespoke marble-effect fireplace frame a playful mix of jewel-toned furnishings—including a textural muted teal sofa and a bold, curvaceous cranberry statement chair. Upstairs, the transformed staircase features contrasting spindles and cascading wool carpet, leading to private sanctuaries like the primary ensuite, where dramatic full-height marble tiling, satin brass fixtures, and an indigo vanity deliver a boutique spa feel. By marrying rich, durable materials with unexpected pops of colour, Fenway Lane yields a unified visual story that reflects the family's distinct personality in every room.
